NP- Palliative Care

Facility:

• A nonprofit, integrated regional health system
• Provides comprehensive services to over 4,000 patients each day. Opportunity:

• Looking for an experienced NP with a passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population.
• Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required,
• Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
• Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
• 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F
• 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-call
• Hospitalists admit, Open ICU Compensation:

• Base salary plus w/RVU -- competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
• 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
